I very much care that you are happy with your purchase. If not, what's the point, right? ;)
Perhaps you bought the wrong CD, forgot you had one lying around and now you've got two (they do make great gifts, though!), or maybe, the music just doesn't float your boat.
Maybe the post workers used your CD as a frisbee by accident, and it broke on the way.
Never fear. We will sort you out with an exchange within 30 days of your purchase, or a refund if the product was damaged.
Please send us an email to email@example.com with your order number, reason for exchange (or refund if damaged), & your desired product we will get back to you within 2 business days.
If a product is damaged, a photo would be helpful so we can make a report to the post office.
