ALBUM TRACK BY TRACK
The Dulcet
A symphony of Brian May-esque guitars welcoming you into an effervescent experience for your ears.
Somewhere Slow
The modern world is faster than ever. It’s not often we take the long way to our destination. This Led Zeppelin inspired track reminds us to take our time and smell the roses.
‘73
It’s the title track of the album, and a love song to my 1973 VW bus. I’ll pick you up in my time machine and take you back to 1973. Fast paced, slide guitar. ‘73 will have you checking your speedometer more than once.
Goes Without Saying
A paradoxical break-up song of things assumed in life, the sun sets at night, the tides will ebb and flow, but our love goes without saying a word.
The Way You Look At Me
Inspired by my time in the blues capitol of Austin Texas, this bluesy song is about unrequited love, It is not just what I feel. It is what I see. It’s the way you look at me.
Weakness For You
This song is like a warm breeze blowing through the Arizona canyons. Trying to enjoy the scenery at the journey you're on, while being almost haunted by the presence (and weakness) of that particular someone.
Kalypso
“I have been trying to out-write my instrumental Take II for almost a decade. A taste of Jeff Beck & some funky grooves, this banger covers a ton of rock guitar ground.
I Need an Angel
A desperate cry for help in a moment where life feels entirely alone.
That’s Just Lonely
In life, temptation sometimes cloaks itself in opportunity and sometimes even love. This is the internal dialogue of the proverbial angel and devil on the shoulder.
The Other Side (Let The Sun Set Down)
When one door closes, another door opens. When one life opens, another one opens. But letting go of it is sometimes scarier than anything.
Wherever We Go from Here
I based this song from The Who’s “This Song Is Over.” None of us can predict life, although we do our best to control the outcome. But wherever we go from here, I just want to know I’ll have you with me.

If
This is a cover of one of my favorite songs of all time by David Gates from the band Bread. When the end of the world comes, I would still want to be loving you.
Wherever We Go from Here

Such a great record and an amazing personal expression through music. It’s living on my turntable

I received the album quickly and I thank you for that, I travel a lot, and I have not been able to listen to the whole thing side inside, but I look forward to it when I get home and I catch this little gals whenever I can, I am following her, and she is a wonderful musician, I am very happy with my purchase

Ok so I was born in '73 so there is an appeal from the start but this is an album for anyone who wants to go back there yet keep the feeling of something fresh and new. From laid back slide guitar to crunchy rock tones with a bit of bite and a vocal that harmonises in every situation you can't go wrong. This is an album with heartfelt tracks, fun loving ones, and pure escapism in a moment musical pleasure. Not every track/song has the same sound which is something we are missing from todays music, another nod back maybe, to how albums were written back in '73.
Its a put it on and let play all the way through album without a doubt.
Everything comes together great, both visually and audibly great production, This one really does sound better on Vinyl!
I'm very happy with both LPs. Beautiful handmade music, just the way I like it. Keep up the good work, Arielle and I'm really looking forward to your next album. Greetings from Germany from Detlef.
This is a fabulous album an interesting mix of styles with guitar well to the fore which suits me fine.
From the opening snippet with it's "Queen" like lick it takes off at a cracking pace and when the tempo slows there's still plenty going on to hold your interest "The way you look at me" is a fine case of this.
'73 was the year before I left school and there is so much of a '70's vibe that I find fascinating.
How do I rate an album nowadays?
By how long it lasts.
Some releases meander along but this album seems to be over in a flash!
It seems like I've only just sat down and it's time to flip sides hence I've bought this on CD too (For the car).
Only one other release this year (2023) Has blown me away like this LP and that was from The Strawbs also with that 70's vibe.
Buy it.
Listen.
Like.
In that order.
You won't be disappointed.
Arielle is a cracking performer, composer and a guitar fiend so all aboard the Bus!
Next stop, smiles.
What can you say? Another classic Arielle album! Lush varied soundscapes from Progressive rock-Kalypso to gentle songs like If and I need an Angel to mid tempo pop songs like Goes Without Saying and The Way You Look At Me. Diversity in modern music is something that is sorely missing these days and this Album embraces the full spectrum of musical styles. It's often spoke about Ariells prowess as a guitar slinger but lets not forget IMO her most powerful asset-that amazing God given voice of hers! A Must have album!
Love this release. Arielle is a master and incredibly nice - I was fortunate to have met here in Seattle
Brilliant album, lovely retro feel right down to the excellent artwork. Well produced and a delight to listen to. Arielle really can play that guitar and the band are solid. Really live feel to the whole album.

It is a pure time travel through music historie. Arielle plays verry virtuos and the songs are arranged with lot of love to details.
Awesome record! Arielle outdid herself on this effort. Love the guitar work, and her tone is world-class.
Fabuloso!!!
Good enough for an interview on my podcast... See the Rob Trevor Facebook account if interested...
Awesome album!
Album arrived in little time, colored variant and excellent mastering on the vinyl. Very impressive. Many thanks!
Great album 👍
The album cover is very retro and reminiscent of the 1970’s. The album itself is a great collection of blues and rock performed by an exceptional wordsmith and songsmith, again reminiscent of the 1970’s. It wouldn’t be out of place with some of my classic rock and blues rock in my collection from that era.
The guitar playing on this album and in fact all of the other songs I have heard by this young woman is out of this world. I just hope she can get more exposure in the UK and look forward to the time I will be able to see her headlining some venues along the south coast of England.
Good sounding lp. Definitely a grower. Some different sounding tracks on there.

Awesome album from an awesome artist. Can't stop listening to it.
Good album overall. My favorite track overall though is Kalypso - great instrumental.
